HOSCH PRE-SCRAPERS Type B9S

The HOSCH Type B9S Scraper is recommended as a Pre-Scraper/Head Drum Scraper for removing the heavy residue of materials adhering to the belt surface, on the return side of the belt. The polyurethane blades are inclined against the direction of belt travel, ensuring maximum cleaning with minimal wear and tear of the belt surface.

When installed with the HOSCH Patented Sprung Blade Main Scraper, the B9S Pre-Scraper contributes to the effective cleaning of the system by reducing the load on the main scraper.

 APPLICATIONS

The B9S scraper finds best use when :

1.	Inherent moisture in the lumpy material exceeds 15%
2.	Inherent moisture in fine size material exceeds 12%
3.	Material is sticky in characteristic
4.	Water is added to the material externally
